With a reputation for commitment to the real estate business, Hildia’s work has been instrumental for laying the foundation for building the Sumner Association of REALTORS® to one of the largest and most respected associations in the state of Tennessee. She has served every position at the association, is a two (2) time recipient of the REALTOR® of the Year Award, and was recognized for her accomplishments with the relocation and construction of the current association office.

 

Hildia’s real estate career includes numerous sales achievement awards and has earned her a position as a lifetime multi-million dollar producer. She has been a successful principal broker for some of Nashville’s most respected firms such as Folk Jordan, Crye-Leike, REALTORS®, and Exit Realty Center. She currently is a Broker with RE/MAX Choice Properties in Hendersonville.

 

Hildia is also adjunct faculty at Volunteer State Community College in the College of Business. She currently teaches the Pre-Licensing Course for Real Estate and the post licensing course.
